i am not a thin woman by any means, but i am not overly large either.. i would never want to be as thin as this European model, nor would i want to be as "heavy" as this Russian woman.
i found many woman with extreme weight issues while browsing the Internet.
i think i am going to start walking again...lol.

It's funny what the world defines as beautiful. The waif-thin model looks terrible. I don't find her to be beautiful in the least bit.

I know I shouldn't be laughing at these women, but I am. Is that bad? I guess we should all try to find a healthy place between these two extremes.

both pictures are disturbing- i wonder how the women in the pictures feel about themselves. it's a shame we live in a society that puts such an emphasis on weight.
way to go- getting back to your walking. i need to do the same!

Oh my goodness I am especially sad for the heavy woman - that is so sad. I hope she got some help.
It is a good reminder for us all though that we need to take care of our bodies!
