Writing out my feelings is a means reducing the strain that negative emotions place on me.
It’s also a great way to help me learn about myself,  because I can often see and myself from another perspective when I go back and read what I've written.
I get to know who I really am.
Journal writing is a voyage to the interior”
~~ Christina Baldwin quotes

I often write down exactly what I think and feel. Words come out just the way they are in my mind.  I Write everything that is in my mind I Don’t censor anything. I am free to write about all my feelings that I don’t dare share or say aloud. I am seldom cautious.
I will re-read what I have written often. I can really see my true emotions.
Writing also helps in acknowledging all my feelings towards a person or circumstance.
It  allows me a more clear-thinking examination of the situation.
I have learned to understand myself more deeply.
I love to THINK on paper... or keyboard...

""I promise that if you will keep your journals and records, they will indeed be a source of great inspiration to your families, to your children, your grandchildren, and others, on through the generations. Each of us is important to those who are near and dear to us and as our posterity reads of our life's experiences, they, too, will come to know and love us. And in that glorious day when our families are together in the eternities, we will already be acquainted.""
