the for sale sign is gone,
now there is a
sign.
we will be able to rent it for nearly the amount of our house payment. .
and the best part?
In Business Since 2004Primary Residential Management
will be managing it so we have no need to worry about renting it ourselves!
we hope it won't take more than a month to rent.

I really, really, really hope you have a better experience with renting than we have! Our house in Vegas we rented out when we moved to NY....It is great when you have a tenant in there....between tenants it sucks to pay two mortgages...the first tenants stole almost everything we had left with the house that was in the lease agreement like, lawn mower, patio-set, shelving in the garage, curtains on ALL windows.....we had to take them to court to get our money back...luckily we Won!! We even had a property mgt company and we thought that would be easier...but it still is expensive...to replace or fix this or that!!! I am SO done with that house! I ♥ it still...but it is just a house....when we want a vacay home in Vegas we can buy a different one much cheaper now that the market has crashed! We listed it for sale the beginning of the year...and just this week got our first offer.....I will be happy to have the extra stress gone!!!
But hey...GOOD LUCK to you!!!!

Good luck - it is a hard economy right now so it will be so great if you can rent and cover your house payment. What a relief that will be.
