I feel the need to repost what I wrote about Miracles in our lives.
There have been many trials in our family lately.
There have also been many Miracles.
Enjoy this Post. originally posted June 15 2010
I will tell you all about the latest Miracle in my life.... coming soon.
Until then ~~
Anyone who doesn't believe in miracles is not a realist.

ALL of us have had at least one major personal problem that seemed beyond comprehension, unsolvable without what we would consider a miracle.
Maybe it was personal problem, or a financial crisis, or health issues.. any problem so troubling that it seemed only a miracle would help.
When people receive the miracle they are hunting, they often celebrate and feel relief and gratitude! Then again, if they don’t receive that miracle, they worry or feel depressed that they were somehow unworthy.A Course in Miracles says
"Your claim to miracles does not lie in your illusions about yourself. It does not depend on any magical powers you have ascribed to yourself, nor on any of the rituals that you have devised. It is inherent in the truth of what you are."
"Your claim to miracles does not lie in your illusions about yourself. It does not depend on any magical powers you have ascribed to yourself, nor on any of the rituals that you have devised. It is inherent in the truth of what you are."
So if we believe we are all entitled to miracles regardless of our “ worthiness”, then why isn’t everyone miraculously cured? All the people who are about to lose their home rescued with a sudden inheritance.
I think the answer lies in what we *think* we need, and what we really do need. And how we define Miracle. We are surrounded by miracles all the time; some miracles just tend to be ignored when we are waiting for one *specific* miracle. When we pray for a miracle, and it isn't doesn't appear suddenly, we are disappointed and lose sight of all the miracles around.

“Everything is a miracle. It is a miracle that one does not dissolve in one's bath like a lump of sugar.” – Pablo Picasso
“Miracles happen everyday, change your perception of what a miracle is and you'll see them all around you.” – Jon Bon Jovi
“There are two ways to live: you can live as if nothing is a miracle; you can live as if everything is a miracle.” – Albert Einstein
“If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change.” – Buddha
“You can become blind by seeing each day as a similar one. Each day is a different one, each day brings a miracle of its own. It's just a matter of paying attention to this miracle.” - Paulo Coelho
"How quickly we forget God's great deliverances in our lives. How easily we take for granted the miracles he performed in our past." -David Wilkerson
Take a look around you and you will see:
you are all entitled to a Miracle.

Great post. I am a true believer in miracles happening. They happen every day all around us, we just need to "see" them!
