I will be very surprised if we see our dad next fathers day,(his birthday is on friday also) he is not doing well. And i realised that even more this last week during the family tragedy we have just experienced.
he hardly left the chair or couch and when he did it was so hard for him to move or breath even with his oxygen. so here is my fathers day tribute to my dad
Fathers DayA Father means so many things...
A understanding heart,
A source of strength and of support
Right from the very start.
A constant readiness to help
In a kind and thoughtful way.
With encouragement and forgiveness
No matter what comes your way.
A special generosity and always affection, too
A Father means so many things
When he's a man like you...

Right from the very start.
A constant readiness to help
In a kind and thoughtful way.

No matter what comes your way.
A special generosity and always affection, too

We need to Cherish him while he is here. i sure love you dad, thanks for making me believe i was daddy girl.

How beautiful, LJ! Take these moments that we can because we never know what will happen or when. Hold them dear to you!

It's so hard seeing someone you love so dear suffer for so long.
What a sweet tribute to your dad.

What a sweet tribute. I am sorry your father isn't doing very well. Having my mother ill these past several months has really torn at my heart. It is so hard to see our parent's health failing. My heart goes out to you.

We need to Cherish him while he is here. (That part him home with me. It's my first father's day without my dad and I'd give anything to have some more time to cherish him.

Losing a family member especially one that is so close to your heart is so painful.
I can truly empathize with what you are going thru. I lost my mom at 17 to cancer and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about her or miss her.
What a beautiful tribute to your father. When the time comes I know he will know how much you love and cherished him. The Plan of Salvation has a deeper meaning once you have someone so special waiting for you on the other side. I hope that you know how much you are loved by all of us here in the blogging world as well as your beautiful and wonderful family.
If ever you need anything, just holler. :)
