I have to add Sierra Vista, Az to that list of most expensive markets. Would you believe that home prices have dropped some but really not much? Also it's more expensive here than where you are! How's that for sad.

Definitely don't live in any of the most affordable places. Used to live in Mesa, Phoenix area is the worst in the country for depreciation in homes and now we live in Southern Cali which is on the upper list.. man I think we need to find a new place to live :)
